I TELL VISUAL STORIES FOR MISSION-DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS

Who Am I?

I tell stories about people doing work that matters. Through portraits, documentary photography, and video interviews, I help mission-driven organizations show their impact—from healthcare providers and nonprofits to manufacturers and educators across Vermont.

I have one real superpower: I make people comfortable in front of a camera. That ability transforms standard headshots into portraits people love, turns nervous interview subjects into natural storytellers, and captures authentic moments of people doing meaningful work.

This wasn't always my path. I've traveled the country selling tortellini, ski-bummed in Utah while managing customer service for Backcountry.com, served as Admissions Director for The Grammar School, and most recently as Director of Marketing & Communications for Esperanza Academy. Each role taught me something about connecting with people and telling authentic stories.

I'm self-taught, perpetually curious, and always learning. I'm also a dad to an exceptional daughter who's my favorite biking and skiing buddy. My studio and home occupy a former pasta factory in a building that started life as a horse barn. Go figure. It's Vermont.

Who I Serve

My clients are primarily mission-driven organizations doing work that matters—nonprofits demonstrating impact, healthcare providers building trust, school’s manufacturers telling their story, and schools showcasing their community.

What makes our work together different is that I bring more than technical skill. My years of marketing, communications, and admissions leadership mean I understand how visual content actually gets used. I know the pressure of annual appeals, the reality of tight budgets, and how one photo shoot needs to work across your website, your donor materials, and your social media. I'm not just a vendor—I'm a partner who gets it.
